All of the grill kits that we offer are built to last and made in the USA. Our fully assembled door frames and grills are welded together as one piece ready for boards. We use 14-gauge steel for our door frames and grills, and 7/8” OD x 16 gauge round tubular steel for the pickets which are placed 4" on center. All steel is powder coated with a black baked-on gloss finish.
